For structures with especially acute corners and small radii, capped frames offer the best solution. Consisting of triple-layered plates, these frames with laser-cut ends ensure that issues such as warping and distortion do not arise when aluminium profiles are curved to tight radii to achieve certain shapes. As with standard Mod-U-Lok curved frames, they are available with fabric support membranes.
